If you haven't been on the website this week, this may be news to you! Since Monday's ultrasound was positive, the reservation list for Emy/Boon pups opened Tuesday (the 27th) and was almost filled by that afternoon. There is one spot available, for a female. Just about everyone wants a male this time around. Also, several people on the waiting list are waiting specifically for Peri's litter with Sparky. THAT ultrasound is scheduled for 4/16.
As always, I am getting a ton of email and numerous phone calls. For people who are new to Mountain Summit, I am on dial-up (for computer service) which means calls go to voicemail when I'm using the computer. Leave a message and I'll call you back (where have you heard that before?) But, honest, I will call you back.
And a reminder... I'm on dial-up. Average connection speed is 33-45 Kbps. That is K. FYI, one kilobit per second (Kbps) is 1,000 bits per second (bps,) one megabit per second (Mbps) is 1,000 Kbps or 1,000,000 bps and one gigabit per second (Gbps) is 1,000 Mbps or 1,000,000 Kbps or 1,000,000,000 bps. To put this in perspective: DSL ranges from 700+ Kbps to 7 Mbps and cable is 4 Mbps to 16+ Mbps. I absolutely LOVE getting photos but full size ones off your cell phones and most cameras make my computer freeze or, on a good day, can take a half hour or more to download. If you can, downsize. Downsize by 75-90%! Thanks!
